A small present for a certain someone here on DA, she knows who she is full well having asked me for a pretty shot of Fion relentlessly for the past couple of days <3 Chose a different wig for her because this one has such a nice faerie feel to it (her usual one has flecks of green). As for the title, I am to believe that this is the Icelandic for Moon....if it isn't I'm sure someone will pick me up about it & correct me X3

The model is Fion, a serendipity sharmin with her extra long elf ears, holding a small moon shaped prism prop & wearing a faux short fur stole that I made her when I first got her.
Taken with my Nikon D50, lense flare added in photoshop as well as burned areas over some visible lighter toned creasing in the backdrop.

I was beggining to wonder why I couldn't actually recall my exposure values & I actually found it was due to my dear camera being a bit on the broken side ;_; The exposure wont even show up on the display!

Anyways, for Glinglo <3 Check out her work, she's one talented missy! [link]

Yay!! I love it ^^ This remindes me of the part in The Never Ending Story when the Childlike Emperess gives Sebastian the only thing that's left of Fantasia before he gives her her new name: Moonchild!
You spelled "tungl" right and, yes, it meens moon. There is another word for moon "mani" (with a comma over the "a", but DA don't seem to support foreign letters =p ) but it's a little more formal. Just thought you would like to know ^^
I must give you a hug

they played at hearts as other children might play at ball; only, as it was really their two hearts that they flung to and fro, they had to be very, very handy to catch them, each time, without hurting them.
